Really nice

6/4 - always feels a bit jazzy. I know you said you used samples - but are any parts of this your own or is it all an arrangement of exisiting samples? - The ending was a little weak - it seemed like the song just faded out in the middle. I think that you could improve this alot by adding a bridge to change things up a little and maybe giving it an actual ending in place of the fade-out. Overall it was really nice to listen to - Also for fun, try stripping out the existing beat and replacing it with something a little more agressive - D&B or something - it would give the piece a really cool feel - smooth loungy keys and horns on top of a really hard beat - just an idea.

This was good - explore this style a bit more!

I hope this helped - I'm not meaning to rip up your stuff. I'm voting 4 on this one, it's very good but I think that it's still missing the extra-something that would push the score up to a 5.

the sax sound is sampled form e-lab, other r just sounds from their refill
yea it does sunds kinda lost at the end, ill do my best to correct that.
the idea of D&B beat crossed my mind and ill do it,just "for fun" if i quote u ;)

No really - I liked it alot - I generally have a hard time rating trance - it's usually a little too happy for me but this was really good. I liked the little accelerando in the beginning - kinda gave it that "just about to start" feel which I think worlked well. The fuzzy little bass was decent - I like those squared off timbres - Nice how the rythm changed up a bit there in the bridge - nice extro also.

Can't say anything bad about it!

Sorry but...

didn't really care for this loop much - the timbres I think are what did it - the 'bells' up top are too high and the piano and string elements get a little muddled together.

Not a bad piece mind you - just not nearly as good as your guitar loops.

I like this one alot - but I think that you're other loop - "goodbye" is nicer. This was well done and had a very relaxed feel to it - I'm gonna need to actually listen to a few full songs!

hard to judge diversity in such a short piece. - Really smooth feel to it. Nice chord progression - esp toward the end of the loop.

That was really funny - musically it was also really good! - aside from the parody aspect it was well played and nicely arranged.

This would be worth pursuing.

nice subtle percussion -

I would advise going one way or another though - either change the timbre on the up front plucks or remove 'em and go completely ambient - all low key

OR

Stick a hook in somewhere - probably at about the point where this currently ends - hit Hard and say bye to ambient with this one

Either way - it's a really decent start!

Cheers for that man. I`ve actually just started to work on this piece. i am adding a hook into but its kinds hard. I want to reatin the melody but adding extras is a bit difficult. Hwever will stick with Ambient but adding stuff into this at the mo is kinda difficult.

Sweet riffs.. That was really well done - sorry but I didn't really care for the drums - they felt a little emotionless? flat? .. Oh well - the guitar was great though - Took it in a few unexpected directions here and there - a few notes that were hard to see coming - This was another great track.

Damn ... and to think... your stuff's been here for months and I'm only now hearing any of it...

Well, I'm glad I listened

- also - really good job with the compression (file compression that is) seemed like a very long submission considering it only used 2.5MB

Unexpected!

I was expecting something SO different! - but the synth pseudo bagpipes gave it sort of an "over on the glen" feel - melody and bassline blended nicely - drums almost sounded a little on the industrial side which could be worked as a political statement I guess :) - you shuld consider softening the beat and/or losing the upbeat drums altogether, slowing this down a bit and see where this goes as a sad little bagpipe ballad!

It's definitely different though. Nice job!
